Uncommonly Good*

Halloween is over and the next big holiday is arriving in less that two months! (I'm so excited!)

I've been slowly socking away gifts and stocking stuffers -- some purchased from independent shops in my neighbourhood, and some found online. If you find it easier to buy online -- and, as a mum of 5, I completely understand how busy life gets! -- and want to side-step the usual big box websites, you should check out Uncommon Goods.

Uncommon Goods is a wonderfully curated web store with a diverse selection of unique gifts. They promote sustainability and follow through, featuring products that are handmade, eco-friendly, organic, or contain recycled components. They believe in fair wages for employees, and are a founding member of B Corporation -- an organization aimed to educate consumers on the environmental and social impact of their purchasing habits.

Uncommon Goods is convenient "feel good" shopping at its best!

To make things easier for you, and to get your ideas flowing, they have put together a series of gift guides. Of particular interest to me are Gifts For Kids, Christmas Gift Ideas, and Stocking Stuffer Ideas.

They even have beautiful gifts for babies. I've been eyeing this gorgeous set of wool angel wings. #Kid5 just might find them tucked under the tree with her name on them this Christmas!
